Who's Behind The Kidnapping Of Amy Pond?

I am going to make a bold, and potentially controversial, statement:

The person behind the kidnapping of Amy Pond has to be someone very very close to the TARDIS team.



1.  Whoever kidnaps Amy knows that she is pregnant, and exactly when she got pregnant.
2.  They are aware that the child will be half Time Lord.
3.  Someone must who knew both these things already could have told them this.

There are precisely eight people at the end of Season 6 who know either one or both of these things.

They are:

1.  Amy Pond
2.  Rory Williams
3.  The Doctor
4.  River Song
5.  Madame Kovarian
6. Vastra
7.  Jenny
8.  Ganger Doctor.

Those who knew Amy was pregnant before Demon’s Run are:

1.  The Doctor
2.  River Song
3.  Madame Kovarian
4.  Ganger Doctor.

Those that are aware that Melody has Time Lord DNA before Demon’s Run are:

1.  Madame Kovarian
2.  River Song.

After Demon’s Run, these seven know both facts:

1.  Amy Pond
2.  Rory Williams
3.  The Doctor
4.  River Song
5.  Madame Kovarian
6.  Vastra
7.  Jenny.

Out of all of these, River Song and the Doctor are the only two with the power to travel through time with this nugget of information in their heads.  I don’t know why, precisely, but it looks to me like one of them, or perhaps both of them, could be Madame Kovarian’s secret informer.
